My broad research interest is the topic of resilience. Moreover, I am intrigued by socioeconomic status as an identity marker and its effects on compensation, salary negotiation, and systemic pay gaps. I am also curious how myriad groups respond to technological advancement and how their responses impact their subsequent socioeconomic mobility. Connecting back to resilience, I would like to identify factors that allow individuals to succeed when faced with adversity, including but not limited to pay inequity, automatability, and other crises.
