Erik Pesner

Undergraduate Institution: State University of New York - College at Geneseo

Erik is a doctoral student in the I-O psychology program at Baruch College. His primary research interests include workplace ostracism, leadership assessment, and team design optimization. His dissertation focuses on the links between structural interdependencies, computer-mediated communication, and emergent phenomena in newly formed virtual teams.  Erik has taught courses on I-O Psychology, Social Psychology, and Introduction to Psychology. Currently, he works for the management consulting company, Contemporary Leadership Advisors. In his role, Erik supports leadership selection and development engagements, facilitates senior leadership team alignment, and drives board of director effectiveness for his clients.
