Soohyun (Ashley) Lee
Undergraduate institution: Sungkyunkwan University
I am interested in (a) how social comparison influences employees' emotions and motivations, (b) how technology affects their well-being, and (c) cross-cultural issues. My major research projects are regarding workplace envy, being an upward social comparison target at work, and employee fatigue resulting in using technology for work purposes at home. Besides, I am studying approach-avoidance motivation using an eye-tracking device as well
